Airport master plan notice outlined a June 4 public meeting

A May 20, 2026, Warren County notice invited the public to discuss the master plan update for Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport. It scheduled the first public meeting for June 4, from 5 to 7 p.m., at SUNY Adirondack's Northwest Bay Conference Center.

The announcement described a plan intended to guide development over the next 20 years. Its scope included evaluating facilities, forecasting aviation demand and identifying future projects. The proposed meeting format combined a project presentation, display boards and opportunities to comment. The county also anticipated another public meeting before completion of the update in 2027. These were the expectations in the May notice, not a statement that the process or any proposed project has since been completed.
