Become a Foster Parent

Attend our next GPSII/MAPP class to become a certified foster parent.

Dear Prospective Foster/Adoptive Parent,

Thank you for your expressed interest in attending the GPSII/MAPPS program. We would like to invite you to attend our upcoming Group Preparation and Selection/Model Approach to Partnership in Parenting (GPSII/MAPP) classes to become a certified foster, adoptive and/or kinship parent through Warren County Department of Social Services.

Please be advised that you must attend all classes in order to participate in the program. If you have a planned conflict and would still like to attend, please contact us to see if the missed information can be made up. In addition to these dates, we schedule two separate home visits to provide more information, review information from the classes and to conduct a GPSII/MAPP home study.

For information on becoming a foster parent and upcoming classes please contact us at 518-761-6272.

We look forward to working with you as we explore your interest in becoming a foster or adoptive parent.
